Note: Five different recommended proposal outlines were reviewed (A, B, C, D & E). Each outline was examined in terms of strengths and weaknesses and the "suggested proposal outline" was created. The following matrix displays the major components of each recommended outline and the Suggested Proposal Outline that was derived.
